Data strategy & AI engineering
Avner helps executive and product leadership decide where data and AI are worth the investment. On complex problems, he designs the technical architecture and builds the core of the solution himself, from simulation engine to AI agent, before industrialising it with the teams. Before that, he spent five years at IBM Research in New York, where he led digital health programmes with Pfizer. He is a graduate of CentraleSupélec and Columbia University.
Strategy & transformation
Haraldr has spent ten years working on strategy and transformation in the financial sector, in universal banking, private wealth management and with start-ups. He advises executive teams, builds strategic roadmaps and designs target operating models. His job is to turn an analysis into a decision, then to make sure that decision is carried out.

You need to assess what AI changes in your market, adapt your organisation, or choose between building, buying and partnering. We run the diagnostic and the market study, design the target operating model, AI included, and write a roadmap precise enough to be followed.
We first sort AI use cases by expected gain, cost and available data. For the most promising, we build models, agents, automations or interfaces through to production. Security, compliance and scale are dealt with from the start: that is where pilot projects often stall.
An executive does not always have someone independent to tell them whether their tech teams are delivering value, whether they chose the right vendor, or whether their technology budget is well spent. We play that role, and we stand by our advice all the way through.
